Inardua at Innovation Zero 2023
Hot on the heels of attending Edie 2023 we’re excited to be at Innovation Zero 2023 this week.
We wanted to share a little bit more on the event, and why it is we’re attending.
What is it?
Innovation Zero intends to connect leaders to help accelerate the low carbon transition - positioning itself as the platform for action, as opposed to policy focused events like COP.
The event will shine a light on the innovative approaches being taken to combat climate change, highlighting examples from across industries including Energy, Transport, Industrials, Finance and the Built Environment.
It is supported by the government, as well as a wide array of corporate organisations and will cover themes including Energy, Mobility and the Built Environment.
Why are Inardua attending?
We’ve spoken in our previous blogs about our efforts to be a force for good, with a focus on our social and environmental impact. We’re a Certified B Corp but are always looking for more ideas on how we can incorporate practical change into our practices.
As both customers and implementers of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, we are keen to use the event to understand how the platform can act as a solution to the problems (and opportunities) discussed by different attendees.
It offers a chance to learn from industry leaders, connect with a wider sustainability network and understand the latest solutions in place to help inform our own Net Zero journey.
What next?
We’re excited to take on key learnings from the event, but we already know that change has to take place. This morning Atlassian have published a net zero guide called ‘Don’t F&*! The Planet’, calling on organisations to reduce emissions, rather than simply offset. Meanwhile, the impact of climate change is becoming more and more apparent.
If you’d be interested in talking to us about how Net Zero Cloud could help your organisation manage Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions feel free to reach out.
