Inardua's top 10 moments 2022 edition

And in no particular order, we have our top 10 moments from 2022!

1.11 new colleagues

In 2022, Inardua grew from 4 to 16 an increase of 300%! Associate Consultants, Solution Engineers, a Head of Delivery and a Business Development Manager. Wow and we are just getting started... Watch this space for new roles and exciting opportunities in 2023.

2. B Corp Certified plus (Best of the World) in Workers Category

If you’re a long time reader you will remember that back in 2021 we started the verification process to become B Corp certified. We’re delighted to say that 2022 was the year we became officially certified. What’s more, we were also awarded Best for the World in the Workers category which essentially means our team is happy happy happy! (I didn’t make anyone say that - Rowan)

3. New chairs and a new office

Inardua on Day-1 was Josh and Rowan in a conservatory.

Since then we’ve moved up in the world, in 2020 our first (small) office, and now in 2022 to an office with all the mod-cons: a meeting room, kitchen, standing desks and the damn comfiest chairs you will ever sit on… Although not all of the team use the office, for those of us in the South West it’s a great space to touch base and collaborate!

4. New Customers

From customers in the Non-Profit Sector to huge Enterprise Customers in the Utilities Sector, we have been building high quality solutions to help our clients get the most out of their Salesforce!

5. A whole host of New Certifications

Too many to list, but our team have been working extra hard in 2022 for our customers but also developing themselves as Salesforce Professionals, making sure they are up to date with the latest Salesforce features and expanding their knowledge on all the different clouds!

6. Associate Training Programme

At Inardua we love to see people achieve their potential in the Salesforce Ecosystem and thus was born the Associate Training Programme. With this programme we help people branch the gap from working through trailhead to becoming Certified Salesforce Consultants with a diverse and holistic approach to training.

7. Salesforce Events

In 2022 our team members have attended a number of Events from Salesforce World Tour to Innovation within Utilities. We are always so impressed by the enthusiasm of people in the Salesforce Ecosystem and in awe of the new features and products Salesforce keeps delivering ( keep an eye out for some very exciting news relating to one of the clouds and Inardua)

8. Happy Customers

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality builds for our clients, always, with fantastic feedback from our Customers and fantastic Salesforce solutions from our team!

9. In-person Team Day

Our team are based all around the country and we regularly have team meetings where we catch up, even recently playing a game at the end of the day on Friday to wind down for the weekend. So, it doesn’t always feel like we’re too far apart! But there’s nothing like the in-person connection - so it was a really wonderful occasion to all get together in person to brainstorm ideas, see the vision for Inardua, have lunch together and of course no Inardua team day out would be complete without a trip to the pub!

10. Merch

Merch order dropped. The team can now dress top to toe in Inardua swag, from water bottles to notebooks and from hoodies to t-shirts. It’s always a good moment when you join a call and everyone is kitted out in Inardua garms! Proud to be part of an awesome team!
