We were approached after the merger of our client with their sister company, based in the USA.
Sales in the sister company were being managed with paper records and spreadsheets - meaning no visibility of information, and inefficient processes.
Following the merger, it was crucial for the business to have access to a single source of truth for data held across the two organisations. As well as aligning sales processes, technologies and increase visibility of sales targets across the two companies.

Objective
Following in-depth Discovery we confirmed that there was a desire to support Dollars and Pounds within the platform. As well as a live view of their forecast pipeline sales, and for this information to be available at US, UK and combined levels.
Inardua were to implement the international sales function of the business within Salesforce in order to support business growth, efficiency, and to centralise all sales data.

Outcome
We created a bespoke sales channel for international users – including the set-up of user accounts, automated sales processes, security and sharing settings – to support business growth via a new channel.
Additionally, we introduced Multiple Currencies, Enterprise Territory Management and Forecasting to ensure visibility of data across the whole platform and robust reporting.
Upon completion of the project we had delivered to the client a Salesforce platform which had centralised UK and International sales information, and delivered efficient automated sales processes.
