LaunchPad

A structured start to your journey with Salesforce.

LaunchPad blends Strategy and Delivery to ensure your first steps with Salesforce are in the right direction, starting with in-depth discovery and an understanding of your organisation’s long-term strategic goals.

We provide an initial implementation of Salesforce to get your users set-up with essential features, and a longer term Roadmap & Vision for Salesforce.

What is a Salesforce Quick Start?

A Salesforce Quick Start is a fixed-price initial implementation of Salesforce, designed to get you up and running with key functionality as soon as possible. We ensure your initial implementation is completed in a “best-practice” way, maximising standard functionality initially but able to scale easily in the future.

How does a Salesforce Quick Start work?

  1. Discover

We’ll confirm your immediate business requirements so you can be sure that from day one processes are aligned with your needs.

  2. Build

    User accounts and profiles
    Custom fields
    Sales processes
    Dashboards and Reports
    Workflows and approvals

  3. Plan

Together we’ll road-map what improvements can be made to your Salesforce platform to help support your long-term strategy.
