Eddie: 3 months in!

I’ve been with Inardua for 3 months now, and during this time I have learned so much and have seen growth in my personal development within Salesforce.

Joining Inaruda has given me an opportunity to work alongside other Salesforce professionals, allowing me to discuss various Salesforce topics and pick the brains of my colleagues. Getting access to Partner Learner Camp I began to go through The Partner's Guide to Salesforce Implementation which was a great
introduction to understanding how to manage projects. This prepared me for the Junior Salesforce Consultant role as it gave me an insight into what has been completed before I arrived and the reasons certain actions and procedures were put in place.

Using my knowledge from Trailheads and previous experiences, I was able to work through tickets, this highlighted areas where I excelled and areas that needed improving. One element of my Salesforce toolbox which has improved the most is my ability to create Record-Triggered flows with best practices and since starting I have worked on various types of Flows which have been challenging as well as enjoyable.

Shortly after joining the team, I obtained the Platform App Builder Certificate as I passed the App Builder exam. Passing the exam has increased my confidence in utilizing Salesforce features in addition to reassuring me that I have the capabilities to continue completing tasks to a high standard.

My ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively has been noted by other members of the team and I have been asked to work with one of our company’s biggest partners which I am extremely excited to join as it will give me an opportunity to work alongside various different Clouds, a wider and diverse team as well as challenge my ability to use Salesforce to solve business solutions. It has been a great three months and I look forward to seeing what the near future holds.
