In this week’s episode we focus on some (but not all!) of the industry-specific clouds, from Health through to Commerce Cloud.

Industry specific Clouds ensure digital transformation is tailored to the specific needs of different sectors, and is just one of the ways Salesforce is enabling great experiences across the eco-system.

5. Health Cloud

Health Cloud provides medical professionals with a complete view of their patients, meaning they have easy access to the right patient information including conditions, medications, appointment history and communication preferences.

Specialists, admins and patients can use the power of the cloud to get the information they need anytime, anywhere.

Health Cloud also allows for smarter patient management so critical tasks can be prioritized, and seamless collaboration across caregiver networks, with secure messages being sent to any device.

Education Cloud allows institutions to capture complete view of learners through all years of the education system. Allowing schools, universities and colleges to create personalized learning experiences and a sense of belonging for their students to help drive success.
